So my old car goes totally on the blink this past Friday and I have to get the radiator flushed because of one of the valves.  It will be brown bag for lunch at work this week and no Starbucks to save some money.   I just ordered some pantyhose online a few days ago thinking I had some extra cash…bummer.  Oh, well, I am getting more members lately, I think the guys in the UK seem to like me,  so that is good news.  So what is a little flushing of the radiator.  I’m going to try and get a discount.  Maybe I should offer a free membership to DelanyDecolleur.com  Think he would go for it? 

This past week has been fantastic….one of my friends got married to a great guy.  She wore the most beautiful Bridal gown I have ever seen.  It was a gorgeous bridal satin, really heavy smooth satin in an off white color.  If you’ve ever felt bridal satin then you know that is so soft and has such a beautiful deep glow to the satin.   She only had a couple of bridesmaids, but they looked gorgeous in satin too in a rich fuschia color.  The flowers had a lot of greenery, white gardenias, and fuschia and other purple flowers. 

Also, this week was my best week ever because I won a gift certificate for new furniture.  You know when you go into a store and they those boxes at the front…”Win!, sign up to win $1300 gift certificate!”  so I did, which I usually don’t, since I don’t seem to ever win anything.  Isn’t it weird that some people seem to win prizes and gifts all the time?  I’m like, hmmm, do they have some special connection in the universe,  some mojo that I am missing?  Anyways, I’m very excited to be able to get a night stand/dresser for storing more lingerie and my satin panties. 

The third thing that has made this week wonderful is that I got a raise!  I have been underpaid at my temp jobs, but I am getting really good reviews from my employers.  It must be the short skirts….haaahaha, just kidding, hmmm?

You can imagine how gorgeous everyone looked.  I wore a pretty rose pink satin halter dress with a flared skirt.  It has a cute crinoline layer underneath to added a little bounce.  Little strappy silver shoes were on my feet and I received a lot of compliments on them.  I think there are foot lovers everywhere!  Well, I hope your week was as good as mine and I’ll see you soon on Delany Decolleur.

I think I must be dirty minded because I went to the Nutella website to look at their recipes and saw their tagline “Spreadably Delicious”, heee, ok, yes, I’m childish.   Can you just see me sportin’ one of their t-shirts?   I love Nutella on bananas, toast, and melted on icecream, yummy! Have you tried it?  It’s a hazelnut chocolate spread kinda like peanut butter–but better.  I was thinking of a tagline for my site like DelanyDecolleur–Delicious, but maybe it should be DelanyDecolleur–Delicious when Spread, lol.  I could do some pics in the nude with Nutella.  Afterall, it would be pretty messy, but then that is what tongues are for, haha.

Did you know they have a nude disco right in London called Starkers!  I thought, “wow, I can’t believe it.”  I’ve had a few friends visit over in the UK and they never told me about this place.  I wonder if you Have to be nude or if they would just let you wear something sexy like lingerie.  The British have always seemed so proper to me, but then I guess they do have the Page3 girls and we don’t have that here in the United States.  It must be weird to dance naked with all those people?  I wonder…where does one put their wallet or purse?, hahaa.

Looks like there will be more satin and pantyhose to buy this fall, yippee!  I don’t follow fashion blindly, but I do like it when pantyhose and satin are in since then it is easier for me to buy what I like.  Nylon hosiery and satin just go together well since they are both smooth, silky, and so gorgeous. 

Mandy Moore is wearing a beautiful brown and black satin dress and black pantyhose at a fashion show for fall.  She looks beautiful and the black pumps are a good choice, I think.
