Guess my invite to Tony Romo’s wedding got lost in the mail.  He and Candice Crawford are getting married in Dallas this weekend.   Candice, 24, and Tony, 31 are getting married in Lee Park.  I’ve been there before and its gorgeous.  I can’t wait to see the pics of her wedding dress.  I wonder if Candices’ wedding dress will be satin?

 It’s Cold today in Austin, only 55 degrees this morning.   I’m going to warm up the kitchen by making some delicious gluten free chocolate chip cookies.  When I got up today I turned on the tv and saw that martha stewart has a new app for baking cookies that you can put on your Ipad.  Looks good though I would have to make them gluten free.   A friend called me and told me that she saw a gluten free cook book at the Anthopology store in austin.   Its called the blackbird bakery cookbook.  I’m going to check that out.    I think you will enjoy checking out some sexy glam pantyhose that I picked up yesterday that have a gorgeous design.  They are black with a tiny panty design and little chain links going up the back of the legs.  I’ll wear them for you soon.    So how are you doing today?  I know that party we had was crazy.  When we had to leave to pick up some more drinks and left the candy bowl outside and wow, we came back 20 minutes later and it was empty.  I think the kids just grabbed the whole thing. So what’s new with you darling?  I’ve been busy shopping for some lovely new frillies and satin.  Wait until you see the gorgeous satin backless gown I just received.   Its your favorite color and slinky sexy.  I’m going to wear it for you soon.   The gown is from BCBG and made of a nice quality satin.    The satin goes all the way to the floor so there is lots of satin to swish around and the back has a satin scarf that gathers at the low back.  Its really very retro vintage.  I think it looks like the styles from the 1930′s.   I love to be your satin dream girl and play with all the satin while you watch. 

Wish I could model it for you at The Fairmont Peace Hotel.  It’s been remodeled and has just reopened and looks Art Deco gorgeous.  Its been a while since they first started renovating in 2007 though it looks like all the work was definately worth it.

The hotel first opened in 1929, in Shanghai’s heydays.  The hotel had the first high-rise in the city, and had the city’s first electric elevator.  The art-deco style cage elevator was an interesting detail that made the hotel special.  The renovation retained many of the key features of the hotel — the Jazz Bar, the Peace Hall, with its wooden dance floor; as well as many touches from the 1930s   The hotel, opened on August 1, 1929, was  known as the “Number One mansion in the Far East”, due to its prime location along the Bund and for its luxury, including the distinctive copper-sheathed roof 77 meters above ground, white Italian marble floors, and priceless Lalique glass artwork.   Can you imagine us dancing and dining there?  The guest rooms are lovely too with beautiful marble baths.  We could take a bubble bath together and sip champagne!  oooh, la la…

Looks like we are going to have 500 days of summer here in Austin.  Heat index of 103.  I think I’ll hang out at a pool today or maybe go to that new movie, Inception.  Great cast in that movie with DiCaprio, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Michael Caine, Ellen Page, and Marion Cotillard.   Filmaker Nolan of “Dark Knight” created this story about a team of specialists, led by DiCaprio, who are trained to steal secrets buried deep within a person’s subconscious.  Inception is playing at the Bob bullock theatre so it will be cool to see it in Imax.  I liked Dark Knight and enjoyed Memento so Inception should be an exciting movie.   I’ve seen some stills online from the movie and the guys in it are really looking sharp.  Love the vests and suits the guys are wearing. 

Okay, that last pic of Joe Levitt and Claudia are not from the movie, but I love the way he is holding her.  Nice looking satin bra and panty on Claudia.  Looks like she is enjoying the satin blindfold.  Who wouldn’t!   silky kisses to you, Delany
