Have you seen that tv show “The Mentalist”?  It’s about a guy with highly developed skills of observation which he uses to help solve crimes.  It’s a pretty good show and I like the way the characters play off  each other and the funny ironic lines that Patrick hurls at his coworkers.  I didn’t realize that Simon Baker, the guy that plays Patrick Jane, is an Aussie.  There are a couple of Aussie’s in the new movie Australia which I just saw the other night with one of my best friends.  Wow, it was long…I didn’t realize it was a 3 hour movie.  I liked it though I think it could have been shortened just a tad.  Funny thing happened when I went to the Ladies room after the movie.  I was standing in line when a girl behind me said “weren’t you in the theater watching the Australia movie?”  I said “yes” and “it was a bit long wasn’t it?”and then the girl said “long?!, I was wondering why it was so short!”  I just looked at her dumbfounded.  It turns out that her and her boyfriend went into the wrong movie theater and saw the last hour instead of going into the one just starting.  I guess they know the ending now…that sucks, lol.

Lots of Christmas parties this week so I will be very busy with working, the website, and parties…I think I will need some Red Bull!   I did get some lovely gifts already and a pretty dress that I will wear to some of the events.  When I find some spare time I hope to watch some more Classic movies.   It’s one of my favorite pastimes to watch Carey Grant, Sophia Loren, Frank Sinatra, Barbara Stanwyck, and so many other great actors.  Here is a pic of the beautiful Ingrid Bergman…isn’t her dress gorgeous! 

It snowed here last night in Texas…wow, crazy weather we are having from warm weather one day to cold and windy with snow!  I guess Santa must be on his way, lol.   I’ve been busy finding gifts for friends and family.  I made some cookies and fudge and tried very hard to not have very many myself. 

New pics and videos are being planned and I’m excited to wear some of my new gifts.  I have some satin panties, a beautiful sheer pink and cream bra and panty set, and new satin skirts to wear.  There are lots of satin slips at the mall lately and nice camisoles too.  Would you come with me shopping?  I would love for us to paw at all the silky soft things and try some on together. 

I’m doing a pedicure tonight for a friend and she is going to give one to me so I’m going to get all my stuff together like the bubbling foot bath and creams. I think I will wear a dark plum shade on my toes.  It will look nice with my holiday outfits.

Hello sweetie, Happy Thanksgiving to you.  I’ve been up since it was breaking dawn today making chocolate and butterscotch fudge with pecans.  I’m making a ham today with mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, brocolli, and lemon meringue pie.  No dieting today, lol.   My family is coming over and I’m sure my grandfather is going to bring a couple of his buddies and then start one of their all day poker games.  He loves to play Texas holdem.  He’s trying to convince me to learn how to play and I’m considering it.  It looks like fun though I don’t know if I’m that lucky with cards.

I happened to stumble upon some really delicious satin panties today at the mall.  The Christmas decorations are out and I was tempted to get my pix taken with Santa.  What girl doesn’t love Santa, hohoho.  There are a lot of sales on pantyhose and tights right now.  I loved one pair and thought about how much fun I will have playing with my pantyhose, but decided to come back next week since the sales lady said they would be getting a new shipment in and I want to get first dibs, lol.  I also stopped by Bebe and Victorias Secret to check out their sexy clothes and see if VictoriasSecret had any new silk or satin lingerie. I love this time of year because every girl wants to dress up in shiny silky pretty things for the holidays so there is a lot to look at in the stores. I love to run my hands over the pretty silks and satins on display.  It has to be soft satin with a really nice sheen for me to want it.

Saw some pretty crystal figurines for a my friend Winnie for Christmas.  She loves them and there was one with a little dog with a shiny crystal red rose in his mouth..so cute. My friend,  we call Cooper, is going with me to a party this weekend.  We call him Cooper because he drives a mini cooper and loves to talk about it and go to all the mini cooper events.  They have a club and get together to show off their cars and talk about them.

How are you babe?   Thought I’d post a cleavage shot for you today to maybe brighten up your day!  I’m wearing a soft fuzzy sweater too.   I have a rose colored one too that is really cute and a little cropped so it shows just a hint of navel.

I’ve been asked a few times lately…”what is your middle name, Delany? “well, it’s Rose.   Kinda old fashioned, but I like it since I’m named after a relative that I adore.   A friend of mine goes by his middle name instead of his first name since he likes it better.

Satin is commonly used in apparel:   satin, athletic shorts, women’s lingerie, nightgowns, and evening gowns, but recently I’ve found some beautiful satin cloche hats that  have that vintage styling.   I really like two that I’ve seen, one is a rose satin and the other an olive color.   Hmmmm, decisions, haha.

Today was interesting at work.  There was an attractive man, a transfer employee from Dallas, and he was checking out my legs all day, lol.  I was wearing beige stockings, a white satin blouse and a dark brown skirt a little above the knees. I dont think it was all that suggestive, but my shoes were sexy high heel pumps.  I think I teased him a bit with more wiggle in my walk!  I raised my skirt a bit as I kneeled down to get a file knowing he was right there beside me.  He might have even seen my panties.  I wonder what he thought of my lacey sheer red bikini bottoms.  He seemed to like all the ladies that had some type of nylon on whether it was tights, pantyhose, or stockings. I think I’ll ask him if he has ever seen the Rockettes.  If his eyes light up or he gets a bit flushed I’ll know He is a leg man. Don’t worry, I wont just start doing the cancan at work, haha.

Well, the weekend is almost over.  Did you get to do anything fun?  I went to a club that had blues music and danced.  I also did some gardening outside to get my plants ready for winter.  Well, winter here isn’t very harsh so I just pruned and put down some cedar mulch in case we get ice rain this winter. 

I’ve been wearing some of my tights too now that it is getting colder outside.  I really like these blue tights and they look nice with my red sweater knit dress.  What do you think? 

Hey babe, just a little note today.  Hope you are doing well.  I’m already looking at Christmas decorations at the stores.  I can’t believe Halloween has already come and gone.  I saw this really cute Christmas ornament at the store.  It’s a Hallmark ornament, Barbie Shoes Tree ornament.  It’s got little high heel shoes on it like decorations.  I’m going to get one for me and one for my friend that is a shoe model.   I wish I could be a shoe model, but I wear a size 5 US which is a UK 3 so I don’t fit the sample sizes.

It should be fun tonight going out for Halloween  I haven’t decided whether I’m wearing the demon costume yet or something new. A friend is having a party and then we are going down to 6th street.  witch is always crazy, lol.
